The Minority Caucus of the House of Representatives shall uphold the Constitution of the 1999 Constitution as amended; the Constitution which is the pre-agreed contract and supreme document defining and regulating the relationship between the people and the government, with it's binding terms shall be our watch word.

With acknowledgement that security of lives and property shall be the primary duty of government, the minority caucus shall act as a watchman to the ruling party, pointing out its errors in policy articulation, formulation, implementation and outcomes through creative and credible alternative offerings, all in the national interest.
